![]() You will need to do this every time you open a document in Word. From the Manage list at the foot of the window select Word Add-ins and click Go. Highlight and "Open" it to import the references into your Mendeley library. To stop this happening you have to disable the Mendeley plugin by following these steps: Open the File menu in Word. Zotero and Mendeley are relatively young tools when compared to EndNote.Browse your computer's desktop for the file that you saved from the research database.Select "Import RIS (.ris)" or "Import BibTeX (.bib)" as appropriate.In your Mendeley library, click the "Add" button.Login to Mendeley if you are not already.Save the export file to your computer desktop or download folder so you can find it again in Mendeley.Mendeley will be able to import either format.
